Caregiver Services
  1. Our clients are able to select from a composite of qualified caregivers, and will read a brief history about each caregiver, ie, work history, skills, talents, etc.
  2. All caregivers have gone through a rigorous background check that includes FBI security, fingerprinting, and numerous reference checks.
  3. Our caregivers are employees of Sterling Senior Care and are insured, and bonded. 
  4. Our caregivers are supervised, and receive ongoing training.  The training addresses the various problems that may arise with each client.

Comprehensive Case Management

    Our geriatric case managers are more than caregivers.  They are trained at the masters level specifically in the field of gerontology.  Our case managers are required to have an emphasis in forms of dementia such as Alzheimer’s disease.   A clinical assesssment will begin the process of identifying the specific needs of your parent or spouse.  We then customize an intentional care plan to meet the goals of the client/family.

Senior Placement Services

Elder Protection
  1. Sterling Senior Care provides regular supervision by our staff to observe for possible elder abuse: fiduciary, physical, emotional, and/or sexual
  2. We are proactive in recognizing and alerting the families, facilities, etc. concerning possible abuse or evidence of abuse… past or present
  3. Immediate alert to family/spouse if suspected abuse
  4. Our employees, care managers, and caregivers receive on going training in order to assist them in detecting various types of abuse
